First trip with kids - need packing list

Little Boy and I went to sleep-away camp for 2 nights this past week. I foolishly thought I could pack quickly, the morning we needed to leave.
Yeah, all you experienced moms are laughing with me now, right?
So while we made it out the door and to camp on time, I realized that I would need to do some advance preparation for our upcoming vacations this summer (one to Austin - in two weeks! Yippie! and the shore later in August).
And where else would I come for help but here...
I've got a general idea of what I need to take but am sure there is stuff that I am not thinking of and stuff that I am thinking of and that I don't need.
So here goes the list -
clothing
extra clothing for when the first set gets messed up
comfy shoes (1-2 pair per person?)
water shoes and beach towels for shore (I have 2 beach towels and swimsuits for everyone so we don't have to use wet stuff)
one nice outfit
swimsuits
one pair pants/sweatshirt for everyone
light jacket
medications
children's tylenol and benadryl
adult tylenol and benadryl (we're an allergy prone family)
bug spray and itching creme
sunscreen
baseball hats for everyone
shampoo/conditioner/soap/toothpaste (everyone shares)
toothbrushes and hairbrushes
backpack for plane ride (Austin) - with a few new toys/some coloring stuff/snacks/comfort item for each kiddo/library book
activity bag for car (shore) - with DVD's/a few more new goodies/snacks
